Sunday 28th July         - Welcome reception, drinks and nibbles, held at the Beecroft Building

Monday 29th July        - Full day meeting (Meeting held at the Denys Wilkinson Building)

                                      - Evening Activity - Optional walking tour of Oxford in the evening

Tuesday 30th July       - Full day meeting

                                      - Evening Activity - Conference Dinner held at New College.

Wendesday 31st July  - Full day meeting

                                      - Free evening

Thursday 1st August  - Full day meeting
